My husband and I had the best house hunting experience with Nichole. We were first-time home buyers who lived out of state, and Nichole made everything so easy. We could get in touch with her at all times; and with how fast the market was moving in Terre Haute, she was happy to move around her schedule to get us showing times at our convenience (some of them with just 3 hours notice). The best realtor in Indiana. Hands down. I met Heath after making a few inquiries late at night on Zillow. My wife and I were planning to move to Indiana from California under a very aggressive schedule. We had roughly 4 weeks to see homes, make an offer, go through with all the paperwork and move in. It was a tall order but Heath worked with us to make it happen. Thirty minutes after putting in my request in on Zillow, Heath sent me a text to introduce himself. I was surprised that he reached out to me so quickly, especially since it was really late at night. In retrospect, I'm glad that he did. Based on my preferences, Heath had a list of options for me to choose from the next morning. It was impressive. When my wife and I were house hunting in Indiana, we saw 11 homes in a 24 hour period & made an offer (which was accepted a few hours later). After 3 weeks, we successfully moved in to our home and we couldn't be any happier. It was honestly the best experience I've had with a realtor... well ever...the best experience ever. I would recommend Heath to anyone buying a home in the Indiana area. He's a humble, down-to-earth realtor that is on your side throughout the entire process.
